There are issues within the craft beverage industry that I can’t solve by myself, but I do have the power to use my platform for change. I’ve started this resource page to offer support and possible solutions if you have been subject to harassment or discrimination of any kind while on the job in the beverage space, are struggling with mental health, or just want to become an ally of a more equitable and inclusive beverage industry.

I am not a lawyer. I’m not an expert in mental health or social work, just someone who wants to help those who feel like they don’t have a voice. Everyone deserves a chance to become a beverage industry professional, start a business, gain access to education, and feel safe at work. If you don’t find what you need in the resource links, please feel free to reach out to me personally at julie@notyourhobbymarketing.com. Also, feel free to contact me with resources and links that I can add to this living list. Together we can make this industry a welcoming space for all - one conversation at a time.
